This is my second time doing cauliflower pizza, and it just gets better and better.
For the Ingredients you need:
1 Organic Cauliflower
Salt, pepper flakes and oregano.
First thing you have to do is wash the cauliflower, and cut into pieces. I use my Vitamix as a food processor to have it in small parts.
After that boil it for a few minutes so it becomes tender. Make sure you drain it well. I leave overnight to drain, but you can also use a cheesecloth to remove all the water.
Once your cauliflower is dry, start adding eggs, pepper flakes (if you want it a little spicy), oregano and the almond cheese.
When you have a consistent dough place it on a baking sheet and give the shape of a pizza.
Put in the oven at 400F for 30 min or until golden.
Now its time to add some tomato paste, (but not to much so it doesn’t become soggy), and add your favorite ingredients. I love to add onion, peppers and basil.
You can put more cheese and now you are ready to cook it.
Place it in the oven for 20 minutes at 350F and wait for it to cheese to melt!
Remove it from the oven and now you are now ready to enjoy a delicious gluten free pizza!!!
